Unique Technical Solutions was founded in 2014 by Ryan Farrell and former business partner Doug Bewley, who have 34 years of experience in the plumbing industry and a talent for problem-solving. We started the company with years of experience providing bespoke building maintenance services and technical support throughout the UK.

Our mission is to provide our customers with world-class plumbing and technical services. To achieve this, we prioritise honesty, accountability, and quality. We believe in fostering innovation to empower our employees and businesses to work better together and increase their value.

We learned our business from the ground up and understand that every customer has unique needs. That's why we specialise in providing adaptable, individual solutions that meet their requirements. Our passion for meeting these expectations inspired the formation of Unique Technical Solutions.

Today, our engineers travel the UK to offer after-sales and technical support for the Roca group, often leading to bespoke showroom installations for large plumbing wholesalers.
